Low self esteem is the product of too many stressors that a person can’t handle. We all have stressors in life, but we have different outlooks on them. Of course, there are times where there’s an A-bomb of a stressor, such as getting fired or breaking up with a lover, that causes instant massive damage.
At any rate, going for stress relieving techniques can greatly help you in your self esteem issues. Try aromatherapy, which may alleviate your mood. Try creative activities such as painting or learning how to learn the guitar. Hypnosis can also be a relaxing process. You may be thinking that you can’t do hypnosis with your low self esteem, but you actually can. You probably won’t succeed with self hypnosis, but you can undergo hypnotherapy.
Self esteem hypnosis is rarely self hypnosis. Instead, you can see a therapist and you can undergo a few hypnotic sessions so as to rewire your brain into being an optimist. Once you develop a little bit of confidence in yourself, you can then follow it up with self hypnosis so as to yield results faster.
